Overview

The lights dim, the crowd roars, and your favorite band takes the stage. It’s a moment you want to hold onto forever—but where do those memories go once the show ends?

In a digital-first world, concert memories often fade into forgotten smartphone photos and videos. Encore Archive reimagines the way fans preserve these moments, turning fleeting experiences into timeless, handheld keepsakes.

The challenge? Designing an intuitive, seamless system for capturing, organizing, and presenting these memories.

This is an extension of my personal project, the Concert Collective, which you can check out here.

Imagine a platform where your concert experiences come to life through visualizations, capturing the essence of each performance you've attended.

I wanted to create something that not only tracks your concert history but transforms that data into a vibrant artpiece of your musical journey.

With our innovative tool, you can aggregate every detail from your favorite shows—setlists, venues, dates, and even your personal reflections—into a single, stunning visual format. Each concert becomes a point on a designed map, allowing you to explore your musical evolution at a glance.

Whether you're a casual fan or a devoted concert-goer, this visualization brings your experiences to the forefront, enabling you to reminisce about the moments that sparked joy and connection.

Relive your concerts like never before.

I took to my own design hands to create the refined GUI design with the research and exploration I had done with AI. By implementing a feedback loop, I gathered user insights and preferences at various stages of the design process.

This iterative approach allowed the AI to analyze these inputs, optimizing the design based on real-time feedback. As a result, we achieved a final GUI that not only meets user expectations but also enhances overall functionality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring a more engaging experience for our users.

AI Iterative UI Concepts

In the development of this project, I turned to ChatGPT to gather objective feedback on my initial concepts. By inputting detailed descriptions and visuals of the design elements, I was able to receive unbiased insights that highlighted strengths and areas for improvement. This iterative process not only refined my ideas but also allowed me to focus on user experience and functionality. Ultimately, the constructive criticism from the AI generated a clearer vision, shaping my thoughts into a polished final product that better meets user needs.

UX Concepts & Product Testing

I used v0.dev to generate initial SwiftUI code for the app's core structure. This allowed me to visualize the basic UX, including navigating between the Artist View, Popular Venues, Timeline View, and Charts View. By experimenting with auto-generated code, I was able to prototype navigation and screen transitions, helping to refine how users interact with key features in the app's interface.

Using my own data, I’ve built a simple UX experience to help showcase how this might work.
